Introduction to Solid State High Frequency

The QGT-1 solid-state high-frequency welding machine is designed for straight seam induction (contact) welding of steel pipes. The high-power capacitor group C and the inductor coil L constitute a current-type parallel boost resonant circuit. This circuit is suitable for high-frequency welded pipes with low load impedance and does not require an output transformer, which not only improves efficiency, but also increases the reliability of the whole machine.

Requirements for use environment

The equipment shall be installed indoors with good grounding. The color of the grounding wire must be obviously different from that of the control line, and the grounding resistance shall be less than 4Ω.
The altitude shall not exceed 1000 meters, otherwise the rated value shall be lowered.
The ambient temperature shall not exceed 40 ℃ at the highest and -10 ℃ at the lowest.
The relative temperature of the air is not more than 85%.
