It mainly uses IFP460(MOSFET) and DSEI60-06A (fast recovery diode), rectifier diode, high-power IGBT and other power devices to form modular power components. The high-power capacitor group C and the inductor coil L constitute a current-type parallel boost resonant circuit. This circuit is suitable for high-frequency welded pipes with low load impedance and does not require an output transformer, which not only improves efficiency, but also increases the reliability of the whole machine.
