  • Working principle:

    The internal circulation is distilled water for cooling the equipment. The external circulation is ordinary water, which is used to cool the distilled water and finally reach the purpose of cooling the equipment.
    Composition:
    Stainless steel plate heat exchanger, circulating pump, circulating water tank, water pressure relay, external cooling water circuit interface, electrical control part, base.

     

    Advantages of cooling system applied in industrial heating equipment:

    The internal circulating water is distilled water, the equipment waterway does not form scale, and there will be no electric corrosion phenomenon, so that the equipment operation failure is greatly reduced.
    Closed-circuit circulation, no debris into the pipeline will not be blocked.
    Small size, good integrity, easy installation.
    Waterway closed circulation, very little water consumption.
    Can avoid the summer equipment condensate caused by failure.
    More economical than air-water exchangers.
     

    Water quality requirements for external reservoir of water and water cooling system:

    The water quality of the external distribution pool directly affects the normal operation of the water and water cooling system, thus affecting the reliability of the equipment. It is recommended that Party A use tap water for water supply in the external distribution pool. The specific requirements are as follows:
    Water quality requirements: transparent, no turbidity, no sediment, no scaling. To prevent water fouling and blockage, affecting the heat exchange capacity;
    The cooling pool shall be dustproof to prevent all kinds of sundries from entering the pool and then entering the waterway, resulting in blockage of the waterway and affecting the heat exchange capacity;
    Inlet water pressure: 0.25MPa ~ 0.3MPa;
    Equipped with external circulating water pump: the power flow is not less than that of internal circulating pump.
    Inlet temperature of external circulating water: ≤ 35 ℃.
    Cooling towers can replace reservoirs, and customers are advised to replace reservoirs with cooling towers.
